Mandurah and Peel's fantastic Official Oktoberfest is coming again in 2026 to Cobblers. In association with Cobblers in Falcon, we will also be raising funds for some local Charities.
What's involved
This is an exciting Beer, Wine and Food Fest event designed for adults to don the wears of authentic traditional Bavarian and German Cultures while enjoying fabulous German Beers, Bavarian Cocktails, Bavarian Food and really great live Music and Oompah.
Background - THE MUNICH & BAVARIAN APPROACH
The original Oktoberfest began as a public wedding celebration on October 12, 1810 when Bavarian Crown Prince Ludwig (Later King Ludwig) married Princess Therese of Saxe-Hildburghausen in Munich. The public were invited to attend.
This Festival is a Bavarian wedding feast with beer, music, food and dancing. Yes, beer stands were always a part of this Festival. Oktoberfest Mandurah and Peel go all out every year to replicate the historicity, the spirit and authenticity that is true to the spirit of the Bavarian Munich Festival held each year. Because of the involvement of a 'King and Queen' each year we choose our own from among all the Festival Attendees.
The venue
When we choose a Venue, we have to consider various factors and do not choose lightly. This year we are proud to announce that we have chosen Cobblers in Falcon. Here you will enjoy indoor, outdoor and Marquee spaces to enjoy and the rain can't spoil it! Some features include:
The entire Venue of Cobblers has 3 large entertainment areas, with Alfresco's, that are easily converted into traditional Beerhalls.
A Beerhall (Bierhalle) is where Festival goers clink beer glasses (or wine, schnapps, etc) and sing along, eat, chat, dance and have lots of fun.
Our 3 Beerhalls will be flowing with Bavarian drapes, Bavarian & Munich-style tablecloths on long tables, etc to give the true feel of Oktoberfest.
Der Biergarten - yes Cobblers will have a newly constructed large Beergarden area where there will be Marquees, Bars and a Main Stage (1).
Der Biergarten is where our traditional games will occur including Stein-Holder, Keg Rolling, Pretzel Eating Competition, etc and all with Prizes.
Over 500 people will attend our traditional Oktoberfest this year and everyone will have an amazing experience.
That's not all, we always have OOMPAH Music with our Oompah Band and the Magnificent Little Miss Squeezebox and the Polkadots performing live on stage and throughout the Venue! The Polkadots and our Oompah Band will play fabulous Bavarian and German Polkas, German Waltzes and an array of Beer Drinking Favourites! Our Live Bands will be playing throughout the Venue on the Main Stages and VIP Areas. Other Bands and musicians will also be playing throughout the Venue while everyone enjoys fantastic brews and great food such as German-style Smorgasbord Platters, Hamburgers, Frankfurters, Brath-Dogs and much more.
We have games, prizes and competitions too. Our Grand Prizes include a Holiday for 2 in a stunning Location!! Who will be the "King and Queen of the Fest?"
Besides GA day passes, we have VIP Tickets and Tables in our VIP and Corporate Beer Hall and Alfresco. Don't miss this amazing Event.
TRAIN & BUS TRANSPORT TO & FROM OKTOBERFEST
Whether you are coming down from Perth, or anywhere in or around Mandurah, you're covered for transport at Oktoberfest Mandurah and Peel 2026. Trains and Buses will be running all day.
A Shuttle Service from Oktoberfest to Mandurah Train Station will be available.
OKTOBERFEST COSTUMES
Dressing up for Oktoberfest is a lot of fun. Costumes don't have to cost a lot with options from less than $20. If you are looking for Ladies Dirndl Dresses, or Men's Lederhosen or simply printed aprons, then we'll try to point you in the right direction.
Remember, you can always design and make your own costume or go to a local Sewing or Clothing Alterations business and get a quote.
